Privacy

Your label PDFs are read, cropped and saved by your own browser. They are never uploaded, and there is no server that could store them.

How your files are handled

When you drop a PDF in, the page reads it with code running inside your browser tab, renders each page to a canvas, finds the label, and writes a new 4×6 PDF in memory. The file stays on your device the whole time. Closing the tab wipes everything. Nothing is written to your device except the label file you choose to save, plus three small settings: your label size, your packing-slip choice and your export format.

If you install the app and share a PDF into it from your phone, that file is held briefly in your browser's own storage so the converter can pick it up, then deleted.

What the analytics collect

We use a privacy-friendly, cookie-free page counter. It records the page you viewed, the referring site, your country and your device type. It does not set cookies, does not build a profile and does not follow you across sites.

On top of page views we count four things: a conversion that worked and how many labels it produced, a conversion that failed and a short reason code such as password-protected, which export format you chose, and whether you installed the app. None of these include your file name, tracking numbers, addresses or any part of a label.

Bad-crop reports

If you report a label that converted badly, we receive only the marketplace name, the problem you picked from the list, and any note you typed. The PDF is never attached and never sent.

No accounts, no tracking numbers

There are no accounts, no sign-ups and no email collection. Tracking numbers are detected in your browser only, to name the output file and fill the batch table. They are not transmitted anywhere.
