About eBay's label PDF
eBay lets you choose a label-only layout in Shipping preferences, but plenty of sellers only notice after the PDF is already saved. eBay label questions
eBay prints the label and the packing slip on one page. Can I split them?
Yes. The converter finds the white gap between the two blocks and treats them as separate regions. Keep the label, keep both on separate 4×6 pages, or keep only the slip.
Should I change my eBay label format instead?
You can set a label-only format in Shipping preferences, which saves a step. This tool still helps because eBay's label-only PDF is a letter page with a lot of white space around the label.
Does it work with eBay's multi-order bulk label PDF?
Yes. Each page in the bulk PDF becomes its own 4×6 page, in the same order, and every tracking number is listed for copying.
Will eBay's Standard Envelope or First-Class labels convert?
Yes, but Standard Envelope labels are much smaller than 4 × 6. They are centred on the label with white space around them, which scans fine.
Does converting break eBay's tracking upload?
No. eBay already recorded the tracking number when you bought the label. Reformatting the printed page has no effect on tracking or on Seller Protection.
