About FedEx's label PDF
FedEx doc-tab labels are slightly taller than 6 inches because of the tab strip at the top. The converter fits the whole printed area inside the label with a small margin, so nothing is cut off. If you print on doc-tab stock, choose the 4 × 6 size and let the printer place the tab.

FedEx label questions
FedEx labels have a doc tab. Will it be cut off?
No. The whole printed block, tab included, is fitted inside the 4 × 6 label with a small margin, so it scales down slightly rather than getting cropped.
Do I have to print the terms and conditions page?
No. Only the label goes on the parcel, and the terms block is left out of the converted file automatically.
Can I convert a FedEx return label a retailer emailed me?
Yes. Save the attachment and drop it here. Return labels use the same letter layout as labels you create yourself.
My FedEx barcode will not scan after printing. What is wrong?
Almost always print scaling. Set 100% / Actual size and turn off Fit to page, then raise the printer darkness a step or two if the bars look grey.
Does this support FedEx Ground, Express and SmartPost?
Yes. All services use the same label geometry, and the tracking number is read for the filename regardless of service.
